Exchanges and Returns

The product must be returned in its original and new condition, with no signs of use within 15 days of receiving the order.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all respective components.

We’re so sorry, but we don’t assume liability for loss or damage occurred during shipment of the returned product.

If for some reason Washed Rocks don’t make you feel totally happy, and you wish to exchange/return them, simply send us an email to returns@wrocksfootwear.com

Ooh, ok… we really feel sad that you want to return them, but if so, upon our receipt of the product and after evaluating its condition, the value will be fully credited using the same payment method.

Which payment methods are available?

Payment is made through Credit Card/Debit or PayPal.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free for all the EU countries including Portugal and for the USA. For all others countries the shipping costs are between 25-45 EUR.

How is my order shipped?

Shipping is via UPS.

Is there a way to track my shipment status?

Yes. You can follow your shipment status using a code we’ll provide you with, once your order is shipped.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

If Washed Rocks exist in stock, generally we need 4-7 business days to prep and ship your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can always cancel it and your payment will be refunded.

For all over the world.

Overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes which are payable by the customer upon receipt, and may be affected by Customs and Excise delays. These charges are at your own expense.

If a product is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified of the delay and the product will be shipped as soon as available.

After receiving the order, the customer has a period of 15 days to return or exchange the item. The exchange / return costs are incurred by Washed Rocks (valid in Portugal for packages up to 2kg if it is the first exchange. In subsequent exchanges, postage costs will be incurred by the customer (except in duly identified quality reasons).

How can I exchange or return an item that I bought at the online store?

You should follow the instructions below:

  1. Send us an email to returns@wrocksfootwear.com and explain us the reason for your return;

  2. You will then receive a security sticker to seal your packaging. Note that we can refuse your return if it arrives without the sticker;

  3. Select the product to be returned on the receipt;

  4. Put in the original packaging the items to be returned, including the receipt, and close with the security sticker you received after you requested the return;

  5. Deliver the sealed carton to the carrier from your address;

  6. In the following days you will receive the amount of money of your return or the shoes you want to exchange.

The costs resulted from the exchange of the order are free *

* Valid only for the 1st exchange article. Shall attach the proof of the return shipping costs for reimbursement. Without this information, reimbursement of shipping costs will not be considered.

When and how will I receive the refund?

Upon receipt of the returned order, Washed Rocks will analyze and confirm your condition and, once approved the return, you will receive the amount corresponding to the returned item in the same mode that made your purchase.

If the returned items are damaged or worn, the Washed Rocks reserves  itself the right not to accept the exchange / return and refuse to refund them.

Any fees and taxes that have been paid either by sending either to order the return will not be refunded.

Upon receipt of the return, and confirmed all the requirements of our Return Policy, you will receive an email informing you that the refund will be processed. The time required to make the refund will depend on the form of payment used may be up to 15 days:

Credit Card: the deadline for the amount of the refund is credited to your account depending on the issuing bank’s policy card ;

Paypal: the refund will be credited to your PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The deadline for the value of the return is credited to the card associated with your PayPal account depending on the issuing bank cards policy.
